GB KIDS & TEEN
The GB Kids Program was created to provide children aged 3 to 15 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand essential values such as focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect. All of this under supervision and in a safe and at the same time challenging environment, which contributes to maturity on a daily basis. This way, our little ones will not only be champions on the mats, but they will become champions in life.
GB ADULTS
Our adult program is designed to help you improve your physical fitness, learn self-defense techniques, and build confidence while practicing
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and supportive environment.
Gracie Barra's Pedagogical Structure defines three main development stages for students: the GB1, GB2 and GB3 Programs. These stages indicate different levels of maturity and students progress from one to the next in a natural progression.

For women looking to learn self-defense and empower themselves, our women's program offers specialized training that focuses on developing
skills and techniques tailored to their needs.
